Putting favorites in my files

I have created file folders with hermeneutics, commentaries, and even Liberty University is on there. So, here is my question. I have separate folders to add to according to its name. How do I get my favored commentaries well the authors are included I have 2. I want to place them in there selected file folder I created and this is where I just cannot figure it out. Your help is such a blessing to me, I am halfway through my Master's Degree and I would love to chat more here but it is finding the time. In Christ.

Do you want each Commentary folder with a list of authors?

In general you can drag an item into a folder or sub-folder that is exposed and judge its placement from the trailing black line as shown below, where I'm adding a Study Assistant query.

You could rename that to include the Author if it was one of their articles you drag from the commentary/book.
