Get Rid of Blank Layouts

Why?
I only have one layout (I haven't yet rebuilt all the ones I lost). It's a blank layout - resets the program to the window size that I want. I wish it also reset it to the position that I wanted.

Why?
Because every other layout is a blank one. I will have over 10 blank layouts created by Logos.

Oh! You're talking about the snapshots. Yes, I agree that there's no need to provide us with snapshots of every time we've had no resources open.

Some snapshots appear to be blank, but when loaded, a floating panel opens. I've requested that they make floating panels visible in the snapshot (they are already if they've been dragged to a second monitor).
