PBB Questions

I searched the Forums but since bits of info are frequently released by Logos that I seem to miss, I have a couple of questions:

1. When PBB capability is released, will we have all the resources we previously had in L3?

2. Will these resources be on our computers or on a server?

3. Will there be any negatives to the new PBB's as compared to the old?

4. And,. the big question, what is the latest release time frame?

You're right the data is strewn everywhere. ;-)

1. When PBB capability is released, will we have all the resources we previously had in L3?

As of the last time I read about this, the L3 PBB's will continue to have rudimentary capacity at minimum, In order to truly harness the new L4 capacity they will need to be recompiled. EDIT: after re-reading that first link Dave provided I think my understanding here is flawed, they may need to be re-compiled before they work.

2. Will these resources be on our computers or on a server?

They will behave just like regular L4 books, that is good news. IOW they will reside on your computer just like your other Logos books.

3. Will there be any negatives to the new PBB's as compared to the old?

To the contrary, PBB's in L4 will no longer be second class citizens! I think this is all positive in that they will be marked up and searched and everything else that a regular books can do.

4. And,. the big question, what is the latest release time frame?

No body is talking to me about it. They're probably afraid I'll tell you. [:#]
