This question belongs in the iPad forum. People there will be able to answer you better. I am pretty sure I've read people complaining somewhere that not all books are downloadable on the iPad. There is some place where you can find a list of all the books available on the iPad but I don't know where that is.

No, they are not, Logos needs to get special permission from copyright holders to deliver books to the ipad app. Not all have given permission at this time. I believe there is a thread on the iPod/iPad forum that lists all currently available titles.

Sometimes the forum moderator will move things to the correct forum. This appears to be one of those cases.

A work around to this issue is to take the book from your Logos software (which is not available on the iPad Logos App), cut and paste into a word processor (Pages, Word) and then export it as a PDF. You can then place it in iBooks and read it on your iPad !!

Yes, iBooks was released alongside iOS 4 and will work on the iPhone or iPod Touch. Search the App store for iBooks.

Great idea! I went one step further and used Calibre to convert the PDF (output by Word) to epub format. Syncing with iTunes was able to place it into iBooks so that you can highlight the text (PDFs can't be highlighted iBook). I wanted access to 2 Cornithians commentary by J Vernon McGee. The Thru the Bible series is not available on the iPad/iPod. Works just fine.

I am a Mac user, so it is a print option. I just export the entire document.
