New Icon Book Covers for some Bibles?
Is it just me, or did the NIV and NASB95 just get new 'book covers' in the latest resource update? I can't go back and compare, but I don't remember the blue cover for the NIV, nor the green one for the NASB.
Some of the others look the same (I think).
Anybody else notice this?

I noticed the NASB cover in b4, I like it. I don't really use the NIV so I can't tell you about that one.
Most of the Bible covers prior to this though were rather plain.

There are new Bible book covers—I first noticed them when testing the resources just before posting them.

Since popular Bibles often have many different covers -- many of which are very plain, colored leather, etc. -- we replaced most Bible covers with more iconic covers that feature the symbol and/or abbreviation the Bible is popularly known by.0

If I'm not entirely mistaken I believe the sword emblazoned on the NASB95 is used by the Cambridge Bibles (exclusively?)
Either way, I like it.

So, is that why the TNIV has no cover? [;)]
(At least it doesn't on my screen.)

That's funny Joe. I could laugh to the point of nausea at that one.

I'm glad I wasn't drinking coffee when I saw Joe's post.

Joe, I just had soda squirt into my nose when I saw your icon...it was Squirt and now my nose really hurts. Thanks a lot.
