2010 Christmas deal

How do I know if I have any of 2010 books in my library already. I have Logos4 Platinum plus some other books purchased from Logos. I appreciate your help. Thanks

The "Add to Cart" button should be grey.
However, it's not perfect you should really double-check every title if you are manually building a collection. From my perusing of the list a good number of Platinum resources are in the Christmas sale.

As Kevin said, it's not perfect, but you can exclude most of the books you own by using "unlocked=no" in the URL, i.e.:
http://www.logos.com/products/search?Specials=Featured&unlocked=no

Neither of these methods works for me. For example, I have Easton's Bible Dictionary, which came with the Platinum edition. I can add it to my cart, although I already have it.. And it also shows up when I use the "unlocked" url above. In fact, there's no difference in the item count when using the unlocked url or the default url. I see "Christmas Specials (1855 results)" either way. Maybe it's because I'm a relatively new purchaser.

The only reliable way to tell is to look in your library to see if you already have it, for every single item in the list! Someone came up with a clever way to make this task quicker: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/27287/201620.aspx#201620

Yep, I'm logged in. I just logged out and back in to make sure. Let me walk you through it.
I go to: http://www.logos.com/products/search?Specials=Featured&unlocked=no
The text at the top of logos.com says: "Welcome, Josh Bond ". The website could only greet me by name if I am logged in.
Then further down on the screen, I see: "Products > Christmas Specials (1855 results)" followed by the 1855 items on sale.
The next logical question would then be: Are you sure you're a licensed logos user (or does the website believe you are a licensed logos user)? The answer is "yes because the Order History shows me owning: "Scholar's Library: Platinum (LE)", preceded by an order number and date. (And I'm obviously using Logos 4 so I'm definitely recognized by the licensing server).
It's not a huge deal for me but it's certainly a bug within the website because it works for some but not others.

When did you buy Platinum?
There's definitely a delay, but it used to be only a few hours. However, today, books I bought on Tuesday still show up as unowned for me. So I think there's a bug in the works.

I bought Platinum on Tuesday, so I guess there's a delay...

I have Plantinum and get the same results as well Josh. I have had it since December of last year.

So it's just Aaron and I with this problem? He bought his December of 2009 so I guess its not due to a delay. Is there a way to report this as a bug to Logos?

Previously, when I checked the list with the above method, it displayed '1855 results", but the titles I owned (Platinum plus) were not displayed.
I just checked and it displays 1476.

If you (or Aaron) go to your account while you're logged in and then click the "Orders" tab under your name, does it show your Platinum order? If not, that might be the issue. In either case, it's probably worth contacting Logos support.

The page count also changes from 124 to 99 when I use the "unlocked" option
