Searching for the use of one Greek word associated with another?

Sorry about the title--wasn't exactly sure how to even put the question. Couldn't search the forum for previous answers for the same reason--not sure what I am even asking! I wanted to find all the uses of the verb τίθημι with the noun ψυχή everywhere in the NT. I am working on what John means by "laying down the soul" in 1 Jn. 3:16-18. It is an interesting construction and I want to see if it is used elsewhere in the NT. I am sure it can be done--in fact I am sure I have done it previously, but I cannot figure out how to do it now. I think I need to be able to use the lemmas, since I am not searching just for one construction, but rather all places where the two words occur more or less together. Help! I know you guys know how to do this! I am using Logos 3. Thanks a ton! You guys are the greatest.

Dave,
Appreciate the reply. Unfortunately it appears I am too obtuse to even know where to begin the process--my morph search in Logos 3 doesn't appear to even give the "Options" at step one, so I am not even sure I am even in the right place. If you happened to have the time and energy, would you mind giving a more step-by-step process to get into the right search tool, and then go from there to how to program the search? Or if someone else has the knowledge maybe you might also chip in? So sorry for my lack of expertise with the tools! Thanks!

I didn't pay attention to your original post as I should have seen that you use Logos 3[:$]
So you can do this from a Bible Search (in the Search menu):-
lemma:τίθημι NEAR lemma:ψυχή
When you open Bible Search you can click on the Help button for an explanation of its features.
For more detailed Help press F1 key, then the Search tab and enter advanced searching. Select the article of that exact name and choose "Search Operators".

Dave,
That is SOOO cool! I can't thank you enough! And who would have thunk it--turns out John likes this expression! Now to dig in and figure out what he means by it. Very grateful for your help!
