Odd behavior double-clicking in ESV
When I open Eph 4:19 in the ESV and right-click the word callous I see a list of Greek lexicons and can select the one I want. If I double-click the word, however, it opens up BDB. Others behave in different ways. Double-clicking practice opens up BDAG. Double-click every opens the exegetical dictionary.
What governs Logos' choice of which resource to open? I have BDAG at the top of my Prioritize list and at any rate can't understand why BDB would ever open for a Greek-tagged word.

Chris, if you saw Greek lexicons it was because you had selected a tab for a Greek word in the context menu. If you select a tab with the English word "callous" you would see a different list. When you double-click it will keylink to the surface (English) word, but I'm surprised BDB opens for "callous" because I can't find an entry for it! BDB does have English headwords, so it is a candidate English dictionary if you allow it! To prevent this your Prioritize list needs to look something like:-
5x English bibles
5 x English dictionaries eg. bible dictionaries + Merriam-Webster
5 x Greek lexicons eg. BDAG, DBL Greek
5 x Hebrew/Aramaic Lexicons eg. BDB, DBL Hebrew, DBL Aramaic

I understand why it shows what it shows when I right-click and it pulls up the lemma menu, but I'm not sure why double-clicking the word doesn't pull up a resource based on the word's data type.
As for callous, I meant to say impurity. Callous opens Merriam-Webster for me.
Impurity in Eph 4:19 opens BDB to נִדָּה.0 -
L4 doesn't work with data types as L3 did, so you have to prioritize resources as I indicated so that English data types are given the chance to go to purely English resources as opposed to original language resources like BDB which also handle the English data type (L4 calls this English Headwords).
