Bug?: No scrolling with touchpad scrolling

Generally on the right of the touchpad, if I move my finger from top to bottom (or bottom to top), the window scrolls. This feature is not working in Logos.
I can confirm that.

I am afraid we will not see the scrolling repaired in the L4 version. With the mouse it works well. WIth the TouchPad on my Dell it just shows the little scrollbar and does not scroll. Is it just me? Am I to get some new driver?
My system is:
Dell XPS 1330M, CPU
Intel Core2 Duo 2GHz2 GB RAM, 40 GB free
on the HardDiskNVidia GeForce 8400M
GS 128MBWindows Vista
Business (32) SP2 (Czech localization), IE8, using as default Firefox 3.5,
AVG8, Windows FirewallBohuslav

Bohuslav,
I'm not positive but I think touchpad scrolling is similar to middle click mouse button scrolling. Further I think the Windows Presentation Foundation handles it differently than the old L3 way of programming did.
The short answer: Logos needs to make this work for both scrolling methods.
Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.

Thanks Thomas for the explanation. I feel better knowing what it is but it still did not start to scroll [:(] But I am patient. I will hope they will work on that one sometimes. It is just strange to imagine with all the notebooks that not many people are missing that feature (?)

I did away with my desktop a while ago and exclusively work on my laptop. The reason I haven't caught it is because I hate working with a touch pad. A Wireless mouse is a necessity for me when it comes to a laptop.

OK, that explain that. I have never used any extra mouse with my notebooks since the time touch-pads existed.
