Resource Download TOO SLOW.
I have been trying to download resources since late last night. When I woke up, only 1% had been downloaded over the course of 6 hours. I then tried to start it again and it downloaded resources up to 4% in two hours. I started over again and then the download only showed 1% in two hours.
I have deleted the program and redownloaded and installed again. Same problems exist. What can I do?

This is one we haven't had for a long time.
Please will you post your logs for the developers to look at.
Logos Log Scribe will help you do that.

I am trying to download Scholars Library Silver (KF).
I did report the problem and included the log as you recommended.

If you sent the logs directly to Logos then you will have to wait for a reply until the weekend is over.
Then you will get a reply from a professional Logos worker - they (rightly) do not 'work' on Sundays.
However there are amateurs (ie not Logos employees) who like to 'do good' on Sundays and if you posted your logs here they may be able help get you going.
