Elberfelder Bibel - still has wrong index in SR-1

Elberfelder Bibel still has the index Bible(BHS) which makes it impossible to jump to NT references.

Same for Einheitsübersetzung (neue Rechtschreibung).

    We are still creating the "verse maps" that will enable these Bibles to be tagged properly. Updates to foreign language Bibles are high on our priority list (once 4.0 is released).

    Edit: The two Bibles you mention (as well as many others) have already been rebuilt, so I am publishing them now.
