Frustrated... Help, please

I just downgraded from the Beta to the Stable by following the Wiki instructions. I moved my resources folder to my desktop so that I wouldn't have to download them all again. I deleted the resources that had been updated since the initial beta (4.3.1). I told Logos to scan my desktop/resources folder for all of my resources. I thought everything was right.
I'm missing a ton of resources (I'm assuming they are all of the ones that I deleted because they had been updated since the beta cycle) and I've been trying to tell it to update my resources for about an hour now and nothing. I'm missing fundamental resources - ESV and NIV to name two, plus many more. To add insult to injury, it kept hanging on a 312.9mb download of Biblical Places, so I manually downloaded it from the URL in the log, told it to scan, and now my library has been preparing for a while now.
I really don't want to go nuclear and do a complete uninstall. Is there something I'm missing?

I have been through this., BUT, finally I ended up installing/downloading 'everything.'

I think I figured it out.
I went into my Application Support folder and deleted several of the *.db files. Downloadmanager.db, Updates.db, ResourceManager.db, and PreferencesManager.db
I then restarted Logos4 and typed "Update Resources" into the command bar and it finally downloaded the 312.9 file and is now downloading 2.05 GB of other resources (Based off the log, I'm assuming these are the missing ones).
Hopefully, this has fixed it.

Adam,
that probably did it...those db files tell Logos what's updated and what needs to be updated...
