Is Themelios searchable by Bible citation?

It's great to have Themelios at last. However, for the life of me I can't seem to make it receive searches by Bible reference, not does it appear to offer itself to reference by the Cited By tool.
What am I doing wrong with this text?

Have you waited until Indexing is finished? Cited By won't work while Indexing is still going on. This is a new resource which I'm guessing you just downloaded, so this is most likely the cause of what you're seeing. Cited By works fine with Themelios on my machine, but I've finished indexing.

I can't search Themelios by 'Large Text' or 'Heading Text'[:(]. If my
memory is correct on this, I was under the Impression that all new
resource put out (published) by Logos would be searchable by 'Large
Text' and 'Heading Text'.This has proven not to be the case with this resource, another resource to add to the backlog of Items that needs attention.

Thanks Mark for the confirmation. I have finished Indexing but I can't search by Large Text. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hmmm, I get these search fields in Themelios:
Perhaps rebuild index would fix the problem for you. EDIT: Someone else was having odd search problems in Themelios too (different sort of problem than this though), and rebuild index fixed it.

I think Rosie is right because what I get is a little arrow next to Search Fields and you don't show one. You need that to be able to get the drop-down menu.
If you had diagnostic logging turned on when indexing was occurring I'd expect to see a crash log or a bunch of errors in the Indexer log. No matter, the only way I know to fix it is do what Rosie suggested and rebuild index. Sorry.

Thanks Rosie for the response. Oh no not rebuild Index, at ten thousand plus resource this is going to take forever! I will set my PC to rebuild Index before going to bed tonight and let it run.
Many thank for the suggestion and kind regards

I can help you with this. Just transfer the licenses for 7,000 or so of your resources (I'll be glad to get more specific) to me and I will index them. [I]
I would not want to have to do this for the 99 Themelios volumes.
I wonder if you tried deleting them from your Resources folder whether Logos would then re-download them and try to reindex just those 99??? Its worth a try.
If you haven't done so, enable permanent diagnostic logging to give development a clue about what might be going on should you not be alone with this problem.

Yes, save your Logos4Indexer.log from now before you start reindexing overnight, as it might contain some clues as to why the indexing failed. You are not the only one who had to force a full reindex after Themelios downloaded.

Actually, why not post it here now. We might find some errors in it that we could pass on to Logos devs.

Sorry Rosie for the late response. For some unknown reason to me, my PC kept crashing when I tried to upload the Logos Logs.

If the indexer log is the latest then it recognises that 127 resources need to be indexed but does nothing. It also implies you have a supplemental index (which you can check in Windows Explorer), so the cure will have to be a reindex ie rebuild library index. Ensure logging is enabled before you start.

Ted,
All those logs date from April. May we assume the clock on your computer is set correctly? If so, those logs have nothing to do with yesterday's (or today's) problems.
EDIT: I missed the middle one somehow. It is from today. As Dave said there is a note that 127 resources need to be indexed but no reason why the index process stopped.
I'd still try deleting the Themelios files and seeing if a re-download will trigger a successful re-indexing.

Hi Ted,
Using your log file, we identified a bug in the software that would stop the indexer from processing newly-added books (and would produce the problem you were seeing). I don't yet know the full sequence of events that causes this to happen, but it probably involved indexing being cancelled on an earlier run of the program (possibly due to updated resources being downloaded and installed automatically).
This bug will be fixed in v4.3. Thanks for posting your log files, and I apologise for the inconvenience of having to reindex your entire library to work around this.

No worries Bradley, thanks and good to know that you will be looking to fix the bug for the next update.
