Please help, continuous download

Hello,
I purchased Logos Leaders Edition for Mac over two weeks ago, and have had nothing but trouble thus far. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted suggested files etc. and still no success on gathering my library's resources. I seem to be stuck in a loop of continuously downloading a 4.39gb file, which I have encountered before, with of course no resources to show for it. I am currently sitting at 175 resources and should have over 300. This continuos download has also recently got me into trouble with my internet provider, having gone over the 250gb monthly allowance. Any help would greatly appreciated!!

Sorry you are having so much trouble. If you don't get help here tonight, try re-posting this on the Logos 4 Mac forum. It is possible the problem is Mac specific and someone there will know what is happening.

Apologies: Logos 4 Mac has some known download issues.
Log files show Mac version 4.2a SR-5 (4.21.5.0959), not know if Logos will move this thread to Logos 4 Mac forum.
Logos4.log file has many synchronization upload and download failures, hence wondering about network connection stability. With "Use Internet" set to Yes, Logos 4 on Mac and PC sync's your information to Logos servers every few minutes, which needs stable network connection.
Indexer.log file showed couple unusual errors: "Proxy Error" and "Forbidden" along with "request timed out" messages common to download issues. Wonder about network Proxy settings ? Also wonder about IP address changing by Internet provider ? (some service plans change IP address every couple hours, which can be problematic for downloading lots of stuff).
Likewise noticed 1,000 Bible Images resource file (151.5 MB) in download list of 190 updates; forum discussion => Download Problems Persist in Beta 3 may be interesting (took me many attempts to download large resource file, received several "request timed out" messages near end of file download).
Since have exceeded monthly allowance, may want to consider Logos Bible Software 4 Media Only (KF) [DVD] that can be used with wiki steps Copy Logos 4 Resources to Mac OS X to install licenses resources.
Observation: wiki page Mac Troubleshooting has Uninstalling and Reinstalling in Logos 4 Mac section that includes "Observation: Nominally needed to fix corrupt application. Before Uninstalling, recommend restarting Mac (see if issue goes away)." The download errors in Indexer.log file and Logos4.log file appear to be network issues (possibly configuration). Apologies, if had posted logs earlier about download issues, may not have needed to reinstall application.
When blue Logos icon appears in menu bar, have option to open Indexer.log file to see what's happening. By default, file scrolls as lines are written.

Thanks for the input everyone, I have had some issues with my internet recently, primarily with uploading. I'm checking into that once again as we speak, we'll see what happens.

Went ahead and ordered the resource dvd, which logos happened to send my way for the troubles (very happy about that). Everything seems to be up and working perfectly fine, thanks for the suggestions.
