Questions on resource I just bought
There are no indexes in the Bonhoeffer book. What does that mean?
There are also no page numbers. Some of the footnotes (not linked) refer to page numbers. How do I find them? No page numbers in the TOC either.
The Index at the back of the book looks weird. What setting do I have to change, or does this need some font I do not have installed? (see picture below)

Apart from the missing page number index, I wouldn't expect any other indexes for a trade book. Indexes are used for things like Scripture reference (for Bibles and commentaries) or headwords (for dictionaries and encyclopedias).

I hope this isn't a new trend for Vyrso books. I see that the page numbers are missing for A Million Miles in a Thousand Years, too. Normally we can report books missing pagination (and other indexes they should have, given the type of book they are) here.

I have the same problem. Looks like a bug in the resource. These are links to places in the text. They should be page numbers, but since there are no page numbers (yet) in this resource, they are probably just placeholders. I see that the lists after each entry in the index all follow the same sequence of characters. There's no setting you can change that will fix this. We just have to wait for a fixed version of this resource. Hopefully someone from Logos is watching the Vyrso forum looking for bug reports since it was just released. If it's not too late you might want to prefix a "BUG: " in front of your subject line to help it stand out.

Missing page numbers in the 99¢ title "The Façade" as well (anyone read it yet? I bought it to see what Vyrso books are like and how they fit in in Logos 4 - not my kind of literature, normally ... [:P]). Seems like this is standard for Vyrso books - and, frankly, I won't buy any other if this doesn't get fixed asap. Page numbers are essential, be it in electronic titles or print books - there are e.g. circumstances where you have to quote from trade titles! And given that page numbers shouldn't be hard to include and since Vyrso books seem to be higher in price than e.g. Kindle eBooks, the absence is absolutely a no-go.

It was only in February that Amazon added page numbers to it's kindle books - and many still do not have them.
In finally providing such page numbers, Amazon was responding to a long standing critique. I would expect any programs developed after this time to provide page numbers as a standard.

Vyrso is selling automatically processed eBooks, derived from publisher-provided EPUB files. We've long maintained that Logos Editions (as we're now calling them) are superior to EPUB books, and Logos puts a lot of work into building quality electronic books.
There may be more we can do to automatically tag/enhance the EPUB books (like the reference tagging). In some egregious cases we may even manually edit and fix a book. But in most cases, the eBook Editions will be limited to what we get from the publisher.
(As you can imagine, there are financial issues here, too, and we have different license terms on these titles.)

unlike other trade books, this biography actually has an index, an alphabetically sorted list that references topics and people that appear in the book. It allows easy access to these parts of the text - and since the text is presented in a popup fashion, one can easily spot whether the referenced text is really the place one wanted to navigate to. The blue symbols are just icons to allow for mouse-over and click
Actually, I like it. In printed books one would find a page number and in some Logos resources these page numbers serve as clickable icons just like the symbols here.
No page numbers in the TOC either
You don't need them, as the TOC entry links directly into the chapters. Basically, unless someone wants to cite with page numbers from the book (something that took the [surely better-than-Logos-equipped] Amazon kindle team years to develop), this works fine.
