Word Study Graph
When doing a Bible Word Study, the hit graphs that are thumbnails under the Translation drop down don't appear when I click on the thumbnail. All I get is an empty window. Is this "normal" or are there settings I need to change? Thanks!

Hi Clint. Just to clarify - which Base Package do you own? It might be that your particular package doesn't support this function.

I've got the Scholars Gold base.

Hmm. You should see something like this...
Then this...
Is that not what you're seeing?

I see the first screen (the semantic domain [very very cool} donut diagram), but when I click on the thumbnail the second windows is blank. I have the three (?) chart type options at the bottom of the screen. I've got the dual video cards on my MBP, and I've switched modes to see if that was a problem. No joy so far.

As far as I'm aware there are no setting in L4 that need to be toggled to get this working (I didn't have to).
I'm not sure why this wouldn't be showing up.
Just discovered an old thread that discusses a similar problem - http://community.logos.com/forums/p/32296/240486.aspx
Suggest following the steps described by steve clark in the final post and see if that works.

Please reply and attach a screenshot, can try to replicate.
Also please attach zip file with diagnostic logs (can check if graph is crashing, which would show on screen as blank). Wiki Mac Troubleshooting => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac section has log posting steps.

Here is a Bible Word Study working with "authority" from LEB. Here is the initial Translation section:
Here is the window that I get when I click on the "Graphs" Thumbnail:
I've also attached the log files as per the wiki instructions.
Thanks.

It looks like it can't find the right Bible. Can you confirm that you have the ESV working correctly on your Mac. Can you also test it when you run the BWS from the ESV?

Reading forum threads => Beta Install Issues and Beta and Release Version, was expecting 4.3 Beta 8 version in zip file, but stable 4.2b version listed in crash file created earlier today. However, Logos4.log and Indexer.log file are missing, which is consistent with 4.3 Beta 8 (since diagnostic logging default was changed to disabled). To display bar chart needs indexes.
Wiki Mac Troubleshooting => Logos 4 Mac Indexer Automatic Launch - suggest disabling automatic launch.
Restart Mac, then Delete com.logos.LogosIndexer.plist in /Users/username/Library/LaunchAgents, followed by opening Logos 4.3 Beta 8 (which should recreate Logos Indexer parameter list file with working directory set to 4.3 Beta 8). Optionally, could enable automatic indexer launch at login. After blue icon (indexer) disappears from menu bar, wonder about trying Word Study graph again. If graph fails, please enable Diagnostic Logging and try again, followed by repeating graph failure, then compressing and attaching new set of logs.
Note: replied to thread Beta Install Issues with stable Logos 4 Mac option.

To simplify things, I've removed the 4.3 beta and am now running only 4.2b SR-1. Still no joy on getting a Results Map with NT on it. I can get a results map for the LXX:
I have deleted the LogosIndexer.plist file as referenced above.
Attached are the log files after deleting the Indexer.plst file, running L4 and getting the empty Results Window for a NT Bible Word Study from the ESV.

Well....never mind. I'm not quite sure why (or how) but I'm now able to see graphs for both the OT and NT. Cool. Now if only I knew what I did to convince it to work.

[Y] Glad you got it working!
