I noticed that none of my TOC page number links have been converted to links in the PBB. If this is not supported , how can a TOC and other kinds of internal link be created?
ThanksRichard
Hi Richard
The PBB TOC should be created automatically from Word Heading Styles - http://wiki.logos.com/compare.aspx?id=911a9d13-acb5-4d46-81f7-d4450fea1ab4&before=35&after=36#Table_of_Contents
Is this not happening for you?
Graham
Hi Graham
Sorry - I should have been more precise:
a) The PBB TOC is created using Word headings as you say, and that works nicely (though it doesn't include the "Chapter" or "v" text I automatically append to my headings)
b) I have a large number of tables in my document, which are numbered using an autonumber field. These are labelled as e.g. "Theme 35: Things that Please God". At the top of the Word document is a table of references which lists all the themed tables in numerical order, with page numbers, and the page numbers are hyperlinks, but in the PBB they are static text.
So here's what I'd like to do ...
Be able to use internal Word links in this way to allow a Table of Figures and so on to be compiled in the PBB as a table with clickable hyperlinks.
I hope I've explained it better this time - is this possible?
Thanks Richard - I understand now.
I see you have noted the issue raised by Steve Clark about internal linking - http://community.logos.com/forums/t/36579.aspx - so hopefully this will get sorted then
