Before waiting in the phone queue, I'd check my "Cart" first... it could be that (for whatever reason) WBC is in there. Removing it from your cart should take care of that. I'd also look at getting rid of cookies (or at least the Logos-related cookies) and restart the browser.

I dunno why they came up with it, but I will bet a Hermeneia series that the next package update is JG. Just Giddy.

Are you SURE you want to make that bet? I would guess the next package update is IG. The second letter is easier to guess, since they are in alphabetic order (A-F). The first letters, however, are in reverse alphabetic order, and is in a pattern of skipping each third letter. Notice that there was not a "P" or an "M." If they follow the same pattern, the next package will be IG. The "J" will be skipped.
PS. My wife thinks I am really dumb for spending 15 minutes figuring this out [:)]

Or someone didn't want to confuse people with a "PC" edition or an "ME" release.... (Windows ME scarred a lot of us...)

Does anyone know how this update works if you're running L4 on Windows and Mac? I downloaded for PC but when I tried to do the same for Mac the option wasn't there.

If you received an upgrade download on PC it should also occur on Mac. Have you tried the command update resources?

As Dave said, the updates should be automatic. The "update" is really one of your resource license. Just like when you purchase a new resource, or when one is updated, the files should automatically download on any & all computers.

Yes.
Wonder about restarting Mac ? (if update resources command does not help). Am aware Logos 4 Mac may need several restarts to download and index resources (known issue that has been reported).
If does not update, wiki Mac Troubleshooting => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac section has steps for attaching diagnostic log archive for forum discussion (also includes links for enabling diagnostic logging).
