Hey everyone,
Just logged into Logos for the first time today and it crashed straight away during log in. Where is the best place to start for this?
Many thanks,
Owen
Where is the best place to start for this?
Would like to look at diagnostic logs (since crash cause has several possibilities).
Wiki Mac Troubleshooting => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac includes link to 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip (display logging setting, then optionally change); also links to Logos Log Scribe (create zip file of Logging folder with copy of console messages)
Other option is contacting Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact
Keep Smiling [:)]
The only file I had in that folder was from a bug earlier this year. When Logos crashes OSX creates a problem report which I have copied attached. Does this help.
1882.logos crash.rtf
Ditto the last comment I was able to download the Logos log scribe and have attached the log it created. Thanks in advance.

Console Messages show Logos 4 Mac has crashed a lot. Also shows "<Warning>: Logos 4 Logging is not enabled."
Please enable Logos 4 Mac diagnostic logging => 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip
Please repeat crash one more time, then use Logos Log Scribe again and attach gz archive.
Some Console Messages look similar to a crash caused by a resource update (has since been fixed by Logos); would like to look at diagnostic log files to verify, then offer an idea what to do.

Take two...
Looking at diagnostic logs, appears application installation corrupt (files missing inside Application bundle); wonder about deleting application, then download and install current stable version.
Wiki Mac Troubleshooting => Uninstalling and Reinstalling in Logos 4 Mac has steps, can skip step 3 (leave Logos 4 folder as is).
