I don't see a way to connect to SongSelect if it gets skipped during the initial setup. Am I missing something?
Click "Account" in the upper right corner, then Link Accounts.
Ours wont let us link to ccli even though we have the correct password and account information
After linking with SongSelect, how can you then import song lyrics? I can't find any button that will take me to SongSelect.
You don't need to go to SongSelect. Just add a song item to your presentation, then start typing the song title in the edit box (that defaults to "Song") at the upper left of the item editing area. SongSelect will be searched via an API, and you can pick the matching song from the drop-down box that appears as you type.

I don't know if this is related, but a few of the guys from my church set up SongSelect accounts to run alongside Proclaim. All reported a delay of some 24 hours before SongSelect was activated. I had to email CCLI in order to get my account to activate. Prior to activation, linking to SongSelect displayed two or three different error messages similar to that which you report.

There is a link half way down the thread to the SongSelect mobile site. If you are unable to log in to the mobile site, this will at least confirm that the issue is with SongSelect and not Proclaim.

When I try to link to my Songselect account, I get a smaller box that say songselect on the top and says Navigation to the webpage was canceled. I am already linked to songselect on anther computer, so I don't understand it. I am trying to get it set up so we can try it out live on Sunday before the trial period ends. Can you help? Have you tried logging into SongSelect on their website on that computer? I'd be curious to know if you can access it.
