Things aren't syncing

When I couldn't' get videos to upload on my mac, I went to the church and opened Proclaim on our PC. When I opened the service, I was shocked to see that they weren't fully in sync. Slides in my image slide shows were missing. I made some changes while I was on the PC. A few hours later, when I opened Proclaim on my mac, the changes weren't synced.

Um, isn't that the main selling point?

Currently, my Oct 23 service has 2 different versions, depending on which computer you're using. On the PC at church, it has 4 items in it. On the Mac, it has 17 items.

When I delete items from my library on one computer, they still remain on other computers. This is a problem. Proclaim's media folder is taking up over 10GB on my computer. I have only 3 services and I've cleaned out my library by right-clicking and saying "remove from library". But, since I've done that on one computer, does that not sync to all my other computers as well?

This is indeed troubling. Could you please attach log files from both of the computers you are having troubles syncing? Do either of them have the yellow "caution" indicator in the upper right corner of the window? This indicator will show if there is an error while syncing.

No, both of them said they were in sync. No errors. Due to my auto backup drive getting full, I have wiped Proclaim for every computer and am reinstalling fresh. I've deleted all Proclaim hidden folders as well. So, sadly, I don't have any log files for you. However, I'm curious what I'll see once I get Proclaim re-installed. Will I see the 4 item version, or will I see the 17 item version. I'll keep you updated. However, its as very nice to reclaim my 10GB (was the final total) of disk space when I clear all of Proclaim from my iMac. There needs to be some way to manage disk space. Background loops I've used once, but won't use again for another 5 months don't need to stay on my hard disk. At the current rate, I'll have the entire Graceway Media library on my computers, which eliminates the need for a cloud-based system.

Also, I mentioned this before, but saw no comment in response... why are multiple users on one computer all downloading the media separately! My PC had almost 15GB used by Proclaim. After digging, I saw that all the media was at least doubled, if not on there three times (we have three users). Shouldn't the media be accessible by all users, since we're all on the same computer and Group?

After reinstalling Proclaim on my Mac, I have 17 items. So, it appears my Mac is syncing to the cloud, but the PC was not. Changes I was making on my PC were not getting sent to the cloud.

Any luck this morning with better syncing? We had the same problem. Except, my MAC finally synced from the PC. SO, I lost 4 hours worth of work I had done on the MAC.

I haven't been able to test. I won't know until Wednesday. I work from home, so I'm keeping my fingers cross for Wednesday morning when I reinstall Proclaim on the church PC.

Our development team is aware of the issue and are looking into it. We have not committed a fix for this yet.
