Bible problems

Paul - Some questions:

1. Are you on wifi or cellular? How fast is your connection? 
2. What version of the app are you using? What version of iOS?
3. Can you describe the steps you are using to download the books?
4. Can you give a screen shot of the chinese text?

Paul - Also, which versions have you tried to download? Can you download non-bible resources?

I found it.  Turns out to be a network filter issue.

Fyi to logos, a better error message would help.

Paul, do you mind sharing how did you fix the network filter thing? I am having problems downloading resources too and would like to try your fix. Thanks, Gabe.

I have a content filter on my network.  I noticed that although reading content online, when you download a book it's downloaded as a .zip file.

Gabriel - I don't know the answer to your question... Hopefully Paul or someone with more knowledge about network filters can chime in. However, I was wondering if you have tried to download the resources on another internet source? Even a restaurants wifi might work for you. If nothing else, it would give you a lead to work with.
