Text editing differences on 'Content' items varries...

.... from 'Main Content' to 'Custom' content. I like the ability to adjust font, color, size, spacing, but also, add some effects to the type face, such as gradient overlay, etc. However, this level of edit seems to be restricted to Custom and not Main, content items.

Am I missing something, or is this a restriction? If it is, can we have this control over Main in addition to Custom, content?

We don't currently allow text effects to be applied to main content fields (multi-line captions).

So when are you going to make the Main Content text fully editable and changeable? I need to bold parts of the content. In Edit, it says it is, looks like it is, but doesn't show on the slide. Not to mention other effects that the titles and captions have available. This is very important.

Try changing the font family. Some of our fonts don't support bold.
