Unnacceptable checkout procedure
I just made a Vryso purchase of Piper's free book and a few things and the checkout procedure seems to have changed...for the worse. There was no confirmation of the order or anything just "Thank you for your order...a receipt has been sent." This is not expected behaviour, however convenient you might think it.
Previously when making a Vyrso order I was taken to my Logos account and could check out. This change might not be a big problem but I have a credit from a refund on my last Vyrso order but that wasn't applied because it was immediately billed to my credit card.

Vyrso and Logos accounts have now been separated, and you can no longer use Logos credit on Vyrso books. In your case, that's bad because when the two accounts were joined you received Vyrso credit into your Logos account, but I guess any Vyrso credit you may receive from now on would be correctly applied to your Vyrso account and be applied to subsequent purchases.

Unless they are truly going to separate the two businesses this is just confusing. If they truly are going to have Vyrso credits and Logos credits and two separate billing systems that's another matter but right now I still have one account with Logos and it makes no sense for me. If others are only buying books to read on their Kindle Fire with the Vyrso app then all power to them but that's not the way I'm using Vyrso. To me it's just an extension of L4 and I don't need another account.

I would agree that you don't need another account - but when I "bought" the free books to read on my iPhone, there was an option to log in with my Logos account, which is what I did. Logos and I didn't seem to see any point in creating a second account.
The items were "billed" to my existing Logos account.

Although we only one account, it seems that Logos has chosen to split the Logos and the Vyrso sides of the business. I suspect that's because the profit margins will be very significantly lower on the Vyrso side, so they can't offer the same level of service there. Credits, additional discounts, advice from sales people - none of that will happen on the Vyrso side, I think.
