Proclaim Server Problems 12/9 & Current Server Status?

This afternoon I have been repeatedly getting a "update error" each time I open up proclaim that prevent the latest build from being downloaded as well as prevents the presentations from being able to "sync" having a yellow exclamation point over the sync icon in the top right corner. I can see a "server unavailable" message on the main login page.

Any insights from other users or Proclaim admins?

We're not doing any deployments today so there shouldn't be any hiccups. Please post your log file.

Mac:

/Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

Windows:

XP - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
Vista/Win7 - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

I moved over to a different machine without proclaim on it to use in the meantime. Went to download the dmg of latest Proclaim for said machine and got a Server Error / "404"- file or directory not found" .

Any ideas on that?

Thanks for the response. When back at the machine that would not download build update, I'll look into the log.

I'm having issues as well, I've tried do download the latest version and it stops at around 14MBevery time. I've tried multiple differnt pc's on our network and all of them just stop at 14MB and time out. I also have a Mac and it downloaded the latest version with no problem using the same network. Both machines that I tried it on are running xp sp3 with IE8. My pastor also tried with a Windows 7 machine and was getting the same exact problem on the church network as well as home. Any thoughts on why the mac version would work and the pc version is having problems downloading? Thanks,

Hi, we are having similar issues on Sunday mornings, unable to log into the logos server and our slides prepared offsite not load gin up and syncing.

Its usually over a wifi network, running logos on a macbook pro, iPad 2 and iPhone 5s...all our other apps seem to be working, but not logos...can you suggest anything?
