I can't see my Vyrso books on Logos 4
I just got a few books on Vyrso. Can anyone tell me why I can't see them on Logos 4. I used my Logos 4 login to purchase the books.

If you just purchased them, you will need to wait a bit for Logos 4 to recognize the purchase and download them. You can also type "Update Resources" into the command bar to force Logos to look for new resources on your account. You will then get a notification that Logos4 needs to restart to update resources (after they are downloaded). After the restart, the books will be available.

Assuming you are talking about finding Vyrso books you can put "edition:ebook" into the Library filter and it will just show those books

Vyrso book purchased 12/6. It's still not in my library.
I tried "Update Resources" but that didn't fetch it either.
Any other ideas?Jon

I used the same email for Logos and Vyrso (I verified the Vyrso email is the same. Also verified via emails Vyrso is sending me).
I created the ebook collection.
I've searched on every significant word in the book title.????

Jon - Check http://biblia.com/ and make sure the book is showing up there. [Biblia is a website owned by Logos. If you actually purchased a Vyrso book, it should be there. This should be true for any Vyrso resource].

just to verify that Vyrso got your licence right: Do you see them among your Logos orders in the Order History, if you go into your Account/Orders page here on Logos.com, such as
there should be your Logos purchases as well as the Vyrso books, even the free ones.

I received a statement from Logos:Sorry Jon for asking you to jump through so many hoops. I have not found this to be a common problem.
Some more questions:
- Have you tried restarting your computer?
- What version of Logos are you using?
- Are you on Mac or PC?
- If using more than one computer, have you checked the other?

The missing book showed up on another computer that hadn't had Logos running for over a month. After it installed/updated the missing book was there.
It was also on the machine that had caused me to jump into this thread.

I have another problem I'll have to search the forums for to see if it's been addressed before.

Two questions:
- By "task bar" do you mean the OSX "dock" (program icons at bottom of mac desktop)?
- By "full-screen mode" do you mean "reading view"?
If the answer is yes to both questions, I don't think that is possible. When you enter into a view like this on the Mac (wether it is Logos or Hulu), the dock will not show up until you leave that view.

Alabama24, your bias is showing.
But that's OK. My wife is a MAC user and I'll probably make the switch
when I'm no longer supporting and developing webs on Windows machines.I'm a PC guy.
In Windows the askbar by default appears at the botton of the screen.
The taskbar has an auto-hide property that users can set.
If you set the auto-hide property to 'true', when you move the mouse to the
edge of the screen where the taskbar lives (that's user definable) the taskbar
will pop up.
The problem I was having was when Logos was in full-screen mode the taskbar
would not pop up when I move the mouse to the botton of the screen.
In the "Logos 4 Windows" forum was the solution I needed. All is cool now.Thanks for you interest in my problem

Maybe you can help me. I have the opposite problem, I can see my Vyrso books on Logos 4 and Biblia.com but not on my Vyrso app on my android.

Frances - I don't have an android device, so I am taking a stab in the dark. My guess is that you have not signed into your account with the same username & password. Click on "more," then "settings" and see what email address you are using.

All my Logos books show up in the library and the first ones that I bought from Vyrso. It is only the recently purchased ones that are not there.
