vyrso keeps crashing

Anyone else having this problem?  Vyrso keeps crashing after I have read 2 or 3 pages, various books.  When I reopen it, it then goes to my library, so I have to tap again to get back to where I was reading.

Also, when I carelessly swipe with 2 fingers, it goes back to the previous resource.  Fair enough, my fault.  But what's really annoying is:  when it returns to the resource I was reading and trying to turn the page on, it goers back to a previous point,sometimes several chapters previously.  I am then infuriated.  Any advice, other than count to ten before hurling iPad out the window?

    It might work better on Android?

    To be clear though, are you using the app or website? If the former, you might fare better on the iphone/ipad Forum.

    Nicky - 

     

    1. what version of Vyrso are you running? 
    2. what version of iOS are you running?
    3. have you tried using the Logos app instead?
    4. is the book downloaded? if so, have you tried deleting the book and redownloading?
    5. have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling?

     

    Please don't hurl your iPad out the window. If you get REALLY frustrated, I will pay shipping to my address. [:P]

    Thanks, Dave and Alabama.

    I'm using iPad offline.  Will try iPad forum.

    I'm using latest versions of vyrso and iOS.

     Don't want to use Logos app for reading.  Prefer vyrso, crashes and all. 

    BookS are downloaded - no wifi at home.  Haven't tried deleting and redownloading.  Will try with one book to see if it makes any difference.

    Uninstalling and reinstalling app is not an option as on our slow internet it takes hours to download books.  I waste less time drinking coffee while vyrso crashes and starts up again.  I like vyrso, warts and all!

    Thank you both for your suggestions.  I appreciate the time you have both taken, not only with this problem, to help me.
