We would like to run presentations in our sanctuary using an iMac, and a separate presentation in our kids church room which is using a PC. Is this possible? Would we be using the same group? Or would we need to set up a separate one?
Yes, Proclaim is available for both Mac and PC.
You can run any number of presentations from the same group that you like. You can also create any number of groups in order to organize your presentations.
Be aware that licenses are particular to a single group, so if you create several each will require its own license to remove watermarks from your presentations.

I am not a person that will necessarily be using this, so my questions may seem quite basic...forgive me. What would be the reasoning behind multiple groups?
As an example, a church might have a youth service and an adult service. Over time, both groups would have many presentations and it could be helpful for organization to have two groups instead.
That way, the presentations are separated into two groups instead of all together in one.
