Graceway Media

I have tired to link my Graceway Media account to Proclaim and it keeps giving me the error that it cannot access the information "Unable to retrieve Graceway Media account information with specified credentials. Please try again." Please advise.

I just logged in to the Graceway website with the same credentials and had no problem getting in. Not sure what is going on.
