You need to turn on logging for the mac first: http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging#Mac
Start with a "Blank Layout" by holding down the CMD key when you startup and clicking the box "Use blank layout". This will rule out a problem with the existing layout on startup (or even the home page).

The Logos4.log file in Archive.zip does not have any crash information.
Wonder about enabling diagnostic logging, restart Mac, then launch Logos 4 Mac. If crash again, please download then use Logos Log Scribe application to create a zip file on your desktop (copies console messages, then compresses contents of your Logging folder for posting).
Option: download and use an applescipt application 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display logging setting, then change to enable logging.

Understand frustration; option is posting diagnostic logs for user community comments or contacting Logos Mac Support.

Suggest calling Logos to get software as stable as possible.
Crashes/hangs/shutdowns/freezes are just part of the normal Logos experience but, can be minimized enough resources are usable for periods of time.
Forums are helpful and plenty of helpful folks, but for your situation, recommend calling Logos for screen-share and getting corrupt files corrected.

Thanks guys, I am in touch with tech support. Trying to isolate the problem yesterday through screen-share. Thought it would stay up as long as not online. Seemed to work yesterday for awhile. Now we are back to square one. It works fine on my laptop.[:) Thanks again.
My problem was resolved by tech support. Somehow my index was corrupted. It is rebuilt and everything works great again. I also noticed that I have 21 fewer resources than before the re-indexing???? Not sure why????

Could it be that you had 21 books that had previously failed to index?
Puzzling; wonder if have hidden resources, which had not been completely removed from library resource count ?
