New wiki page: Index of PBs posted by users
I have created an index on the wiki to PB books that people have shared on the Files forum:
http://wiki.logos.com/User_Contributed_Personal_Books
I will try to keep it up to date going forward (at least until Logos rolls out its promised PB store), but if you post a PB yourself or notice new PBs being posted, feel free to add them. My practice is to post a link to the actual post where the documents are attached, and the latest version at that, so it might not be the first post in the thread if someone posts a corrected version later on. To get the link for a particular post, click the folded-over page icon next to the poster's name, then copy the entire URL (including the bookmark - the numerical part after the #) and paste it as the link.

Note that I've also added a section at the end of the page for Personal Books In Progress or Suggested/Requested. If you're working on a PB that isn't finished yet, and there's a reasonable chance you will finish it, why not add a line about it there so others don't waste their effort. Put your own name in parentheses after the title. And if there's a book you think would be great to have in PB format but you don't have the time or disposition to do it yourself, feel free to add a suggestion.
If you have some free time kicking around and want to work on one of the suggested PB's, go ahead and assign it to yourself (change "sign up") in parentheses to your name. When you're finished with a PB, move it's line up from there to the books section above.
There's a separate section below the books for useful files that aren't books per se (e.g., templates for making other PBs, or tables of contents for other resources).

I noticed you'd added to it already before I even announced it. Thanks for that, and I'm glad I didn't mess you up by moving the list off to a page of its own. I anticipate it will grow substantially, so I felt that would be better.

[*-)] I thought you had someplace announced you were doing it (otherwise I wouldn't have checked the PB page) - and I figured that you might have overlooked it, since the ECF thread is not in the Files forum and MJ announcing the big ECF Reading List back in summer doesn't indicate that Dominic would make a PB out of it. Didn't want to interfere with your work, though.

I very much hope so!

Maybe I had, but my memory is getting foggy. I only thought I'd suggested it would be nice if someone did it. Then seeing as nobody else took up the suggestion, I went ahead and did it.
Yes, I definitely would have overlooked the ones you added and was very grateful you did them, for that reason. I'm only looking in the Files forum since I think most people are figuring out that's the best place to put them. I did notice one other stray one somewhere else that someone posted recently, but I don't have time to go digging through other forums.

MJ announcing the big ECF Reading List back in summer
It wasn't that far back[;)] or at least I don't think so. I've been delayed by computer problems which has led to a continual game of musical computers (pass the computers) in the household. I do hope to get back to it soon.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

September - but now I cheated & followed the link to Rosie's wiki page, then the link to your thread.
