Sean - In testing, I have seen similar glitches as this. Can you explain the situation a little more? Were the highlights made on your computer or iPad? Do they show up properly on the other device?

Thanks. Initially I used a wavy underline on my mac and when I synced the new iPad app, It was rendered as a yellow highlight. I decided to add the same markup on a random word, this time using the iPad app. The result was the same and instead of a wavy line there was a yellow highlight. I have temporarily changed to boxes which works fine.

Sean - If other styles are working, I would bring this up again in a couple of weeks. It may be a bug with that particular style.

I noticed the same thing. Had several custom markups from PC which show up as yellow highlights on iPad.
