Forgot to add in my previous post that when proclaim would go "on air" the monitor had the full screen on it and the user interface was on the projector. I tried several other programs...powerpoint, Sunday Plus and everything worked normal.

I've had that problem before. I had to drag the presentation to the projector and the user interface back to the monitor ... it only happened for me once and now seems to work OK.

I'd be curious to know if you were projecting from a Mac or PC. Proclaim saves the orientation of your windows locally, so if you get them set up the way you like that will be preserved for future presentations.

It was on a pc. The same machine we have been evaluating Proclaim on over the past several months. i tried dragging it off the projector onto the desktop but as soon as I went on air it went back to the same thing. I haven't tried it yet today, i will do so shortly. Thanks
What type of connection to your projector are you using? Does it behave like an extended desktop?
