Whenever I try to use a motion background it blacks out the preview screen. This is a problem because I can't see what the next slide says. I really hope you can fix this! Thanks!
I believe what you're seeing is the first frame of the motion background. I can see how this is undesireable. I will create a case to show the thumbnail image (usually a frame from the middle of the video) in the timeline and order of service.
