BUG: Still on air

The iPad I use in this mornings service is still showing that the service is "on air". When I got home I loaded Proclaim on an iPhone not used in the service, and it is also showing the presentation as on air.

Is this something at your end?

I have attached the error.log file form the computer used in church this morning.

Presentations have been known to be listed as still On-Air for several minutes after the presentation has ended. You might try signing out and then back in to the app.

We have been having this same issue, presentation crashes, we reopen and the previous On Air remains open and visible on the app. It is about 9:30 now and my ipad is showing the same presentation opened 3 times at 7:12, 7:45 and 7:58. I have closed all programs several times and signed out but they remain. how do we close them?

Presentations that are idle for 3 hours are automatically closed by our server. There is a known issue causing presentations to occasionally remain listed as On-Air until they time out.

We are looking into a solution, but in the meantime I would be sure to control the most recent copy of the presentation listed in the app.

When you say that the Presentation crashes, do you mean in the control app or in the actual Proclaim application itself? If the latter it would be very helpful to get your log files per the instructions here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/46738.aspx
