Vyrso crashing
Vyrso keeps crashing since last update. Seem to happen when the pizza appears when paging through a book.
iPad 1, Ios 5.1, no other apps running

alabama - yes, Vyrso 2.1. I didn't seem to have the crashes in 2.01. The books are downloaded. I've tried the NRSV and Wright's The New testament and the People of God, and they both seem to crash. I'm using Logos Bible Software 4.5a SR-1 (4.51.0.2057).

Any particular places when scrolling through the NRSV?
I have just tried it here and it doesn't crash but aware we could be looking at different passages

alabama--I had done this to no avail.
To make extra sure I removed both Vyrso and Logos from the iPad, then did the hard restart, reloaded Vyrso, and opened the Wright book. No crashing. Then I reloaded Logos, downloaded NRSV and opened it. No crashing. Then reopened Vyrso, downloaded NRSV, opened it and then the Wright book. Still no crashing. So far, so good.
Graham--I was at Gen 3, but from what I just wrote to alabama, it may not be a resource problem. That area of the NRSV now works fine.

My optimism was, well, optimistic. Over the last few days Vyrso crashes pretty constantly. I've tried different books. I've done hard restarts. I've unloaded and reloaded the app. I've tried books downloaded and not. I've cleared the Safari data to be sure it wasn't hogging too much memory. I've turned off iCloud.
iPad 1
iOs 5.1
Vyrso 2.1.0
Logos iPad 2.0.2 (sometimes crashes, but not as much as Vyrso). The one thing I haven't done is reset all settings.
I have a University set secure profile that IT installed almost a year ago. I assume a full reset would require the profile to be reinstalled by IT. I have not had any problem with it, as far as I know, but it is essential for me to access the university Exchange server, so if it's implicated that would be a problem. However, other apps seem to work without crashing.

Boy, do I feel like an ****. I had an old note file I had forgotten about that was huge--notes on an old Bible version. Once that was cleaned out, things seem fine. Thank you!

Boy, do I feel like an ****.
No reason to feel "like an ****." My theory may have been correct (a large note file), but that is not your fault. I have been working with several users with large note files… Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Did you delete the note file? If so, do you feel you lost something by deleting it, or were you just "spring cleaning?"
Thank you!
You are welcome. I hope that does fix it for you. If not, let us know. [:)]

Alabama - It was a bit of a loss. In this case it's one I can live with, but I would like to have one large notefile that could act as a personal, alwaya growing commntary, as one example. So, in the end, it would be great to have note size not to be a worry.
