Sign In Failed

I subscribed using the coupon code I received in the email and received an email confirming this - Thank you for your purchase at FaithlifeBible.com! Your order
number is...

I downloaded the app to my iPad2 but when I enter my login info I receive a message that "Sign In Failed - You are not licensed for this product"

Also, I am unsure whether the functionality of the Faithlife Study Bible can be accessed via the web.  When I go to http://faithlifebible.com/, there does not appear to be any ability to log in to the site.

    This seems to be a promo-site only. I don't know anything about these apps, but you'll be able to access the FSB from the web in biblia.com and as a resource from L4 (it takes it's time to download, as there are Study Bible, Infographics, Fotos and Videos in four different resources).

    If it was an email asking you to join a "private beta" for"FaithLife Study Bible" then you should be OK BUT it can take time

    All of my downloads have been slow in arriving lately--I'm talking "days" not"hours."

    [If it was not the "private beta" invitation then they have "messed up" and unfortunately you might not be able to access these materials as of yet].

    It was an invite to join the private beta.  As I indicated, I received the coupon code and the "purchase" for $0.00 was successful.

    I will try logging in on my iPad tomorrow and see what happens.

    Most of my resources downloaded fairly quickly but I did have to wait over a day (maybe more?) before receiving the "Videos.

    This is a fairly frustrating way to run a beta IMHO.

    Generally, the company is all over trying to fix (or at a minimum acknowledge) issues that come up during a beta but, as of yet, there is no response from anyone at Logos.

    I'll look at this when Logos is serious about this being a real beta.
