Traditional methods of Bible Study
This, again, is some of my older work - highly flawed but still representative of what I want to do with Logos (think template for notes and attaching a note to multiple passages). Embedded within it are several supporting articles and potential expansions. No, this is not a standard, contemporary inductive method but I hope all can enrich their study with something within this offering.

You are right ... again there is extraneous information on the end of the link which I don't know how it got there ... I'd had no problem with the post that was apparent although it was a bit slow getting back to me with the posted message. I'll try again.

If this doesn't work, my guess would be that the forum software is failing to catch the error. [I'll not embarass myself by admitting I first thought the structure was tri-catch not try-catch]

No this does not work ... the file name should stop at zip ...definately a bug in the forum software. I have rebuilt the zipped file and will try it again.

That still appears to be incorrect in its format. I'll also give it ending at zip just as an error test

Thank you for getting the upload linked properly. Any idea as to what was going wrong? This is where I'd really like to be able to delete the posts with the problems as I could on the news groups.

I'm guessing that it was the way that your browser handled the HTML upload to Logos. I don't know if your using Firefox, but I had a similar problems with it since the last update a few of days ago. I ended up clearing all browser history, and data, and then restarting my computer to clear it up. Haven't used IE lately, so I couldn't say if it was the Mozilla update that did it or a Win update.
If you click on the "more" button on one of your posts, you are allowed to edit it. But it only seems to give you a 24 hour window until it locks your posts forever.

[{]MJ - I cannot locate the source of this document. Can you help? Why? Because the internal graphics do not show up in my copy, so I thought to wander out to the Web and grab the original. It could be something on my local machine that isn't working correctly. I monitor the NGs regularly if you wish to reply there.

Ouch! The web site is temporarily down while it is being rebuilt from the ground up - technology has changed over the decade. It never occurred to me that Logos didn't compile the graphics into the PBB - to me that is a major blunder. I certainly don't want my Logos resources dependent upon anything other than themselves - disk or web. I'd already been mildly annoyed that what I use is pbb and what I share is oeb ...the dual file is a kluge at best. Fortunately, it is Sunday and I'll keep my cool and try to find an appropriate work-around - like packaging the images with the file for distribution. But I have other situations in which that would not be a satisfactory solution. So .. picture Bill that Cat saying "Aaaarrrrrrgh"
