How do you get Vyrso to just list your reading books?
G'day guys...
since Vyrso seems to me on par with an e-reader, can you get the Vyrso library to not show your whole Logos library? I quite often forget what I have got through Vyrso and therefore end up not reading the book as it is lost in the plethora of L4 resources.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Sure, just type edition:ebook into the library reference window.

In the Logos app you can just type 'ebook' in the library search. That does not work in the Vyrso app for some reason, you have to type in 'edition:" before 'e' or 'ebook'

Once syncing issues are sorted out, I am planning to use ratings to keep track of this sort of thing.
***** Books I'm currently reading
**** Books I regularly return to for reference
*** Books that I have read completely(ish)
** Books that I want to read completely, including the recommended commentaries for each book of the Bible
* Books that I have dabbled in, particularly the lesser-used reference works
Leaving the books that I have never touched with no stars
I hope that this will both keep my books in a sensible order in the library and on the iOS app, and allow me to search for something like rating:2 for the books waiting to be read.

Can someone please clarify this action. When I type editions:e or ebook it comes up with no resources even though I have purcased about 10 vyrso books!
Thanks in anticipation

Colin, you have to write edition:e not editions:e

Thanks again

Colin - I think you missed the point. You typed editions:e (with an "s") instead of edition:e (without an "s"). The bold is irrelevant, except to point out your typing error (the addition of an "s).
However… All of this may be irrelevant. I think someone told me that the android app cannot use filters such as edition:e. You can always check on your device, just make sure to leave out the "s" [;)]

Alabama is correct.
Currently the Android app doesn't support this filtering.

It is a real pain that the Vyrso app (Android) doesn't let me filter to just the ebooks. I can't even search the Tags I entered in Logos ("vyrso") to find those books that way. ARGH.
This simple change needs to be in the next Vyrso release!

If it was a "simple change," don't you think it would have been done in the first place? [;)]

I think the push was to get something functional into the marketplace before a competitor "owned" that market.
Now it's time to round out the user experience so they stay after first contact.

Hi Ward,
This fix is in the master branch and it works nicely - probably even better than you might expect but I don't want to give away any surprises. In any case I'm going to push for the library search features to be included in 1.1.3 if possible (although it's not up to me).

Kevin, I'm glad to hear that...keep up the great work, and thanks for the feedback! I guess I'll have to set my channel to Beta!
