Display Page Numbers
I have noticed in a few books that I downloaded from Vyrso & also my Personal Books, that there is not a option to display the page number. Are the Logo books the only ones to display the page number in Logos?

No. The option is conditioned on the book's tagging. Most (or all?) vyrso books don't have a tagging for page numbers, as this is not contained in the files Logos receives from the publishers (those books typically have no page numbers in their Kindle editions etc. as well).
With respect to your own Personal Books, you may include the respective tags and the page numbers will be shown. In the files forum you'll find a number of docx resources including ones that are tagged for page number display.

Simply putting [[Page:1]] at the top of each page adds page number support to your PBs. Check this forum thread for macro that automatically adds macros to your PB.
