Logos 4 for Mac (Lion) Not Starting Up

Hi,
For some reason my recently purchased Logos 4 (Mac OS X - Lion) does not open up when trying to access the programme. Its frozen. I have closed and restarted the programme several times but to no avail. I don't know what to do.
I would be grateful if someone could help me.

I would try two things. First, try to start the app and press & hold the option key immediately upon starting. This may allow you to open to a blank layout, which is helpful for when a layout causes problems. If that doesn't work, you will need to submit logs. I have tried to do what you have asked, but still not working. I am not sure whether the folder 'logging' has been added in this reply. I think I have followed the instructions as per the page you asked to look at. Sorry I am not good with computers!!!

Your "logging" folder was inside the attached zip file.
Looking in Indexer.log file noticed User Manager database file is malformed so automatic sign in to Logos servers is failing.
Wonder about removing UserManager.db file, which is inside the Users folder, which is in your Logos 4 folder ?
- The Logos4 folder includes folders: Logging and Users. Optional is removing files inside your Logging folder.
Then launch Logos 4 Mac, which should prompt for your Logos.com account and password.

Thank you for your reply. I did followed the advice given, and thankfully the programme is working again!! Because of the time difference between the USA and the UK it has taken all these time to reply to you, since I had to download the files over night (it's 5o'clock am at the moment).
