Two Bugs That Need to be Squashed!
On the Kindle version of the Logos App (v1.0.3 Bld40) in the Reformation Study Bible resource clicking on any Theological Note hotlink produces a blank box rather than the text of the Note (the iPhone/iPad version works fine). The following example is from John 3:3 and is the result of clicking on "Regeneration: The New Birth":
Performing a Bible Word Study on the same platform often results in missing Greek and Hebrew characters, as shown in the example below:

Hi Steve,
I am unable to reproduce this issue on any device. Do you know which version you are using - is it LLS:ESVREFSTBBL or LLS:2.0.4?

This is a known issue that has already been written up - thanks for the report.

Hi Kevin,
Were you able to get the Theological Note to pop up in a window on the Kindle Fire? I'm not sure which version you are referring to. As far as I am aware, there is only one version of the Reformation Study Bible on the Logos platform, and that is the NKJV one. I have looked in the AppData/Local/Logos4/Data/rc1zzo4t.hs5/ResourceManager/logos folder (I assume this is where the resources are) and cannot find either file name. In any case, I am using the latest public release from Logos. Also, the bug only occurs on the Kindle Fire as far as I am aware. I called Logos tech support a few weeks ago, and they reproduced the problem on a Kindle in house at that time. I would like to resolve this as soon as possible, as the only reason I bought a Kindle Fire was for Logos, and the Reformation Study Bible is my favorite study bible ... Thanks!

Hi Steve,
There are two RSB versions and I tested the ESV one (http://www.logos.com/product/7683/the-reformation-study-bible). I'll try again with the NKJV and let you know what I find.

Yes, the NKJV has this issue on all Android platforms. I will write up a case and send it to our Development department.

One quick question. If I dowmload theESV version, will it overwrite the NKJV version, or can they co-exist?

The empty note popup issue is fixed in the next release.

They are entirely different resources and as such will co-exist.
