Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor.

About 4 minutes prior to the start of the service on Sunday, we lost power for a few seconds. When the computer rebooted Proclaim would no longer run. The error message I receive is "Use the form below to write the message. Click the "Post" button to submit your message." Please help!

What happens when you try to restart Proclaim? is there an option to click on a "details" button? if so please reply with the contents of that file.
