On a number of occasions our proclaim software has been unable to connect to CCLI despite having correctly entered the our CCLI details in the link account section and using it successfully just a few days ago.
The fix I have is to remove the link details and re enter them. This seems to refresh the link so that Song Select works.
Do you know why this is happening, and how I prevent it happening in future. At least there is a temporary fix but it's frustrating to have to keep entering our details for Song Select.
