Is there a way to search just certain tags or collections in the library on the apps? If not, are there plans to implement this any time soon?

Search the library for books. Specifically, I want to download just certain collections or tags to my iphone and ipad without having to download my entire library or scroll and download each resource one by one.
Good. I was hoping this was what you were asking for. The answer is that this IS possible with a couple of provisos.
Thanks for the help! I tagged all the books I want to download with ipaddownload, but now the ipad app doesn't seem to be syncing the new tag nor some rating changes I did.
Hopefully, this is just because the app syncing is less persistent than we would like… Have you tried killing the app via the multitask bar? That should force a sync. Also, I would make sure your desktop app has synced by clicking the sync wheel.
Yes, I killed and restarted the app two or three times and synced the desktop program last night before going to bed and it didn't work. Now, this morning, I've resynced the desktop program and restarted the app and still nothing.
I dont know what to tell you then, Stefan. I have heard of one or two others with similar problems, but it is working fine for me.
Last question (just to check): what version of L4 are you running?
Running 4.6 (4.60.0.2972) on desktop and 3.0.0.1248 on ipad.
