Unable To Load Media

Forgot to get the logs. My oastor brings a pre-sermon video ech week to play during offering Just before he goes up. Very nice touch. A little problematic for me.

This issue, I* am "running" the service, Go to look at his video in My Content & instead there is the universal yield sign w/ exclamation mark. Text reads; Unable To Load Media. This is a preset error w/ graphic. What has happened?

It's hard to say exactly what the cause of that error is without a log file to examine. Follow the directions here http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx to generate a log file and post it to this thread.

You should also try disabling any Firewalls and Antivirus software temporarily. If the content is displayed you'll know that the Firewalls are blocking Proclaim and it should be added to the exceptions list.

I am going to make a full post about today's service but we ran Proclaim for the entire service without a hitch. Well there was 1, media tech went to the No Text button at end of song , then did npt jump back correctly & that was more a learning: "you can't do that".

I never got that yield sign error back again,

I see that also and I think it is the same issue I have with syncing to the Proclaim server. Have you tried to upload a media as a 'local file?" If you were trying to upload it to your account and there was an issue with your Internet (firewall, etc) or their servers, then you would get that error.

This whole service relies on the cloud so I am hoping and praying that it becomes more reliable as well since I am the one that lobbied my church to kick up the money for the license :-)
