How did you try to download? This should happen automatically.
Note that Logos servers seem to be having issues today. I'm not sure it's related to other issues going on that have been resolved by using the update resources command, but you could try it, if you don't mind Logos running a little slowly as it does a massive compare of your licenses with your resources.
