An error occurred during the synchronization process

I have Logos 4.6 SR-2 installed on Win 7 Home Premium.
For the past few weeks I notice the yellow exclamation mark on the Synchronization button and when hover the mouse over it the error message in the subject comes up.
I have already disabled the Windows Firewall yet Logos still does not want to synchronize. My internet connection works fine otherwise. When I close Logos, the attached message also pops up, yet the next time I start Logos the yellow exclamation mark appears after a while.

It would help to see some logs e.g. logos4.log and logos4error.log

L4 appears to have problems with syncing Prayer Lists. If you can recreate it readily I suggest deleting the first Prayer List in your File Menu to see if that improves matters, otherwise I recommend that you contact Logos Support.
