Bug: crash on video upload
I'm trying to add a 21mb .mp4 video file to a presentation.
i added a 'video' item from the drop-down list
i clicked 'file...' to add a file from my desktop
i tried adding it as a local file and as uploading.
when i click 'add', proclaim crashes within 10 to 30 seconds.
i tried 5 or 6 times, did a clean install and tried 2 more times. log files attached.

Hello John,
This is a 10.6 only issue, which occurs for certain videos. We have fixed the bug and the fix will go out in the next software update.

This is still happening to us as well. Not sure what the problem is but the exact same thing is happening to us.

This is a really old thread, so it's pretty unlikely that it's the exact same issue.
Please submit your logs via the Help menu in Proclaim. We'll take a look and see if we can figure out what's going on.
