Powerpoint slides blank on remote

I have imported a PowerPoint slideshow into Proclaim. (Windows 7), but when I control the "on air" presentation from an iPad, the PowerPoint slides show as blank on the iPad. They show fine on the PC control and on the presentation, but it makes it very difficult to control the presentation from the iPad.

Any files that you import or add as "local only" files will show up blank on the Proclaim Remote.

That makes using them inconvenient if not almost impossible. Is this something that will change?

The problem, I imagine, is that while 'synced up' slides can be 'synced down' to the remote. There is no path for locally stored slides from the computer to the remote.

I am having the same issue, but I did choose to upload the files to the group and sync. Didn't help. I created a new post for this:
